Exotogg is currently available in sizes ‘REGULAR’ and ‘SHORT’. As the deflated dimensions shrink slightly on inflation, if you’re borderline size, go for the more generous ‘REGULAR’ size option.

Does it really work?
It really does work, yes! Exotoggs are selling all around the world, and we’ve had customers take them to the North Pole, up Mt Kilimanjaro, down to Patagonia, and everywhere in between! They are performing really well, and add around 10 degrees of warmth.
Tell me about delivery
Your Exotogg is sent out from our Cambridge depot the same day if ordered before 2pm, next day if not. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, so you can track your package.
N.B. We don’t collect VAT, so the items are shipped with no duty paid. Foreign buyers are responsible for any import duties that may be due.
What about returns?
If your Exotogg doesn’t delight, simply return it in a saleable condition within 60-days for a full and prompt refund.
Does it get sweaty?
If you’re sitting still, and it’s cold enough for you to wear your Exotogg, it typically doesn’t get sweaty. Although it is an air-holding device, the tabard design offers a degree of ventilation at the sides. It’s also worth noting that if you do get damp, you won’t get cold, as happens with traditional layering systems, as the insulation is unaffected by moisture.
Can it puncture?
The TPU material it is made from is lightweight but robust, and is unlikely to puncture under normal conditions, worn under an outer shell. But should the real-world have different ideas we sell a repair kit. Not much sticks to TPU, but this kit creates a permanent repair for small & medium-sized holes.
Will I look like the Michelin / Stay-puft marshmallow man?
This depends on how much you resemble those characters before you put on your Exotogg. But no, you don’t need to inflate it very hard at all to get thermal benefits. 4 breaths is usually enough for a comfortable experience.
