We firstly would like to thank our customers for your patience at this difficult time. Social isolation is harder than it sounds but, along with regular hand washing, it is the best solution we currently have. Thank you also for your continued trust in our product; your purchases are helping to keep a small British manufacturer alive.
How is Covid-19 affecting our business? We’re actually in pretty good shape. Orders to the US and Canada are being delayed, currently taking around 14-days to be delivered. There is also a smaller delay to our European customers, and almost no noticeable difference for UK orders. We still have good stock levels and the ability to increase those levels on demand.
We know that many other businesses are in far worse situations, and our hearts go out to them.
